Sharks are among the oldest hunters on our planet. They have been roaming the oceans for over 400 million years - elegantly and efficiently guarding the ecological balance. But today, many shark species are under threat. Overfishing, bycatch, finning, littering and climate change are having a dramatic impact on sharks.
We take you into a world full of surprises, scientific findings and personal encounters. You can expect spectacular underwater film and photo recordings, sharks up close and reports of encounters with small and very large sharks.
